West London Wine School: Christmas Brunch, Lunch and Dinner Wines

As the festive season approaches us once again, wouldn't it be lovely to have someone guide you through which wines to enjoy over Christmas day?

Well, we are going to do that for you. Whilst you are in the midst of buying presents, ordering food, juggling family commitments and making the most of work functions, we will be putting together a wine tasting to aid your discovery of what to serve with Christmas brunch, lunch and dinner.

We will look at options for the earlier hours of the day – when you want something to cheers with, that won’t leave you napping on the couch pre-lunch.

Then we will pair some classic Christmas nibbles with an elegant fizz to kick off festivities; a refreshing white wine perfect for seafood; a creamier white for Turkey or chicken (and cheese), a classic Pinot Noir as a match for Turkey or lamb (and cheese); structured reds to match beef (and cheese); dessert wine goodness to match that Christmas pud (and cheese).

And yes, there will be cheese!!!

You will sample at least 7 wines, matched with Christmas canapés (and cheese).
