Here are notes from a partial vertical of the grand vin and second wine of Gruaud Larose, mainly made up of wines organised by Caves de Pyrène in London last week. It showed just what a stunning wine the 1982 is and what great value the 1997 Sarget de Gruaud Larose is for current drinking.
