On February 28 the revitalised London-based auction house Bonhams will be selling some particularly mature wines unearthed in a Belgian private collector's cellar. For once unearthed is literally true. According to Bonhams' Brussels representative 'the cellar was like Pompei, with dust everywhere. We couldn't read any of the labels'.
