Following my recent look at some great Australian verticals , here is an altogether more random compendium of wines from down under. It shows, I think, the marvellous depth and scope of quality in Australian wine - there are lots of Shirazes and Chardonnays represented, for sure, but plenty of similarly excellent Pinot Noirs, Rieslings and sweet wines too. None of this should come as groundbreaking news, of course, and the UK's good will towards Australian wine doesn't seem at all depleted.
