A mixed bag and some good value

Later - Just realised that the prices below refer to orders of at least 12 bottles, but they may be mixed. See www.jeroboams.co.uk for single bottle prices which tend to be a good 10% higher.  The small group of upmarket London stores Jeroboams usually offers relatively superior wines, but the array of summer offerings tasted below includes quite a lot of really characterful wines retailing at (sometimes well) below £10 a bottle. Search for 'GV') for good value. There were also some disappointments. Virtually all of the wines reviewed below are available internationally, so please have a look at my notes wherever you live....
