Before we publish all the tasting notes on the exceptional 2011s about which Michael Schmidt has enthused here , we offer a collection of reviews of German wines from older vintages, mainly 2010s and 2009s but by no means all Rieslings, and by no means all white. Left is Joachim Heger in the Baden cellar where he makes such fine Pinots. The photograph was taken by Roland Krieg and supplied by his UK importer The WineBarn.
