I'll publish my notes on the wonderful Equipo Navazos sherries tomorrow - JR. If I'm the preacher, you're the converted. Sherry hardly ever needs the hard sell to those already predisposed to wine, which is surely why the dedicated London tasting last week drew such a big crowd - including Purple Pager Derek Kranenborg, who had flown in from Toronto to attend (see this thread on our forum). When I started the Master of Wine course , a common essay theme considered the misfortunes of the fortified wine industry.
