Tesco shows off its finest

Tesco pulled out all the stops at their recent presentation of wines to the UK wine media. There were very few basic bottles, apart from some of their 'Simply' range, to be seen. Laura Jewell MW explains: 'We have purposefully moved the focus of our last two or three press tastings a bit more upmarket as we are introducing more wines in this sector into both stores and online. For our autumn tasting, the usual new vintages of Finest [Tesco's superior own-label range] were featured, plus the new Finest.
