Overperformer Weingut Robert Weil has just been celebrating a massive investment programme in a shiny new winery, as has Fürst Löwenstein. Balthasar Ress has had a makeover under Christian Ress, with wines now made by Dirk Würz, who is equally famous for his blog , in the old co-operative winery in Hattenheim. The much more atmospheric old family winery premises have been cleverly transformed into an upmarket membership...
