I'm thrilled by this as I sincerely believe that the best wines of the Languedoc represent some of France's best value: great hand-crafted, terroir-influenced wine, generally without the price tags associated with the most famous (I nearly wrote 'best') wines of Bordeaux, Burgundy and the Rhône.
