Amassed Daumas Gassac

Venerated Languedoc producer Mas de Daumas Gassac hosted a 30-wine vertical tasting of their estate red last month, on the eve of the Vinisud wine trade fair. This was a rare opportunity to taste a collection of vintages back to 1979, none of which had travelled beyond the boundaries of the property whence they came.
