Beijing-based wine educator Fongyee Walker brought this small collection of five Chinese wines to London last month for a thought-provoking tasting. Firstly, the wines themselves presented a huge range of styles from the un-scoreable Yunnan white made from unknown (almost certainly non-vinifera) grape varieties to the modern, sleek Cabernet Sauvignon from Great Wall.
