On Sunday we celebrated our 20th anniversary with a live webinar for members of our Purple Pages, attended by wine lovers from all over the world.
We are delighted to share this 15-minute version of the event, which includes a potted history of the website and my answers to some of the questions sent in by members beforehand. Because we were sent far more questions than I had time to address, I am answering a selection of the unanswered ones on our Members' forum.
(On this US election day I should point out to any American who might possibly find time to view my message below that my red brooch is far from a political emblem. In the UK we have a tradition of wearing red poppies in the run-up to Armistice Day, 11 November, as a symbol of both remembrance of those who lost their lives in war and hope for a peaceful future.)
