The lone non European representative at the recent Natural Wine Fair in London was Ron Laughton of Jasper Hill in Heathcote (see Eminent Victorians for an appreciation of some of his wines).  I caught up with him at the end of the second day of the Fair and asked him what he was going to concentrate on in his presentation the following day - after a swoop around the Fair on the edge of Borough Market in London.
