An authentic Alsace Wine & Dine Evening hosted by John Butterwick from Winetalks. On offer to diners is a 4 course regional menu, with 4 matching wines, all held together with short inputs between the courses, to give an insight into the wine and cuisine of the region. These evenings have proved to be a great success because they offer something different, something extra, and a chance for wine and food lovers to learn informally a little bit more about the continental food and wine they enjoy.
