Burg dinner: Clos du Moulin aux Moines at Lutyens

Lutyens and WineOwners.com have conspired to present Willy Roulendes (ex-de Montille,) director of the historic Clos du Moulin aux Moines. Since 2009 he farms and makes St.Romain, various Pommards, Auxey, Pernand, Bourgogne and now also Beaune and Volnay. The 15ha estate is biodynamic, the oak is low, and fully half their terroirs are Clos Monopoles. Do join the dinner to meet a new star in the making, taste the wines, against a menu devised by Peter Prescott's head chef, Daniel Mertl.
