Alice Paillard, who runs Maison Bruno Paillard alongside her father, will host a dinner featuring their Champagnes at The Grill at The Dorchester on Thursday, 23rd November 2017. The Grill’s Executive Chef, Guillaume Katola and Head of Wines, Vincent Pastorello will create a canapé reception and four-course menu paired with Champagnes from the Maison.
The dinner will feature the following cuvées: Champagne Bruno Paillard Première Cuvée Rosé M.V. as an aperitif and the Première Cuvée M.V. which will be served with the starter.Two cuvées will be served with the fish course; the Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs M.V. and the 2004 Blanc de Blancs. The main course will be matched to the recently released 2002 Prestige Cuvée, N.P.U. ~ Nec Plus Ultra, a Grand Cru blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir sourced from six selected vineyards.And the final Champagne of the evening will be the 2008 Champagne Bruno Paillard “Assemblage”, which will be served alongside the cheese selection.
