Love Cheese? Love Wine? Love Christmas? Then join us this November in Manchester City Centre to try some great cheese and wine combinations to try in front of the fire (and tele!) this Christmas.  Cheese is often considered the perfect partner to wine, but it's not always easy to know which wines to choose. At this special pre-Christmas tasting sample 6 different cheese and wine combinations that are particularly popular at Christmas so you can make the most of the festive opportunity! We'll be teaching the principles of cheese and wine matching so you can get it right when you do it at home. The line-up is likely to include such festive favourites we all know, like the classic combination of Port and Stilton but what other pairings work together? We shall be exploring a range of delicious cheeses and matching them with some classic wines from around the globe. Biscuits for cheese are included and details of where to source the wines locally if you want to get your hands on the pairings you like the most. There will be something for everyone in this special tasting.
