DIRT @ Berber & Q

This November, Mattia Bianchi and DIRT.are back for the second year at Berber & Q Shawarma Bar, celebrating the diverse soil and climates in the wine world. For the first three Sundays in November, Mattia will take on two leading sommeliers from London and beyond, as they hunt in search of the best bottles from their chosen soil: Salt (Wines of the sea), Magma (Volcanic wines) or Peak (Mountain wines).

Taking the helm on the 11th November, in search of ‘Magma’, will be Margaux Aubrey Sharratt of Naughty Piglets and Dominik Ginzinger of O’Boufes in Vienna.
