When is a cava not a cava? We’re joined by Anna Booth from quality Spanish fizz producer, Raventos i Blanc. Raventos have left the Cava DO and make top-notch sparkling wine about as far removed from supermarket Cava as one can get. Anna will be here to pour a selection from the Raventos I Blanc range between 5pm and 7.30pm. We’ll take 10% off the shelf price if buy on the night.
