Chamonix’s Winemaker Godfrey Mocke is in town for “The Beautiful South” trade tasting and to present the new vintage of Chamonix wines. This will be a chance to preview the wines. Our allocation of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay sold out in record time last year, so this will also be an opportunity to make sure you get your share! The winery is currently riding a high with much praise from critics including four “5 Star” entries in this year’s Platter’s Wine Guide. 

Godfrey Mocke is responsible for putting the Franschhoek Valley firmly on the fine wine map, so this is a great chance to meet a winemaker at the top of his game.

We will taste Chamonix Pinot Noir 2013, Pinot Noir Reserve 2013, Chamonix Chardonnay 2013, Chamonix Troika 2012, Chamonix Cabernet Franc 2012
