In this session you will review the specific techniques required to identify the wine’s structural components, analyze them and learn how to reach justifiable and accurate assumptions, ultimately concluding grape variety, region, production techniques, quality level and age.
This class is suited to those who wish to refine their tasting skills or progress their wine studies from an intermediate to advanced level. Therefore, it is best suited to those students who have some experience in a systematic approach to wine tasting, particularly through the WSET program.

This tasting will be led by JC Viens, who is a Certified Tutor of the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) and a holder of the WSET Diploma (Merit). He is now studying to become Master of Wine. Avid wine lover and a storyteller, he has traveled extensively throughout the various wines regions around the world.
