The course will include the principles of Food and Wine Pairing before a delicious Buffet Meal is served for you to experiment with 3 wines and the following buffet

Chicken Chasseur Pots
Selection of Breads & Olives

Taste 6 fabulous wines in a relaxed setting with like-minded people, then complete the evening on a high when you will be served Vanilla Ice cream with a portion of delicious super-sweet Pedro-Ximenex Sherry to drizzle over the top of the Ice Cream. This has to be tasted to appreciate just how delicious it is.
