So many of Italy's most profound wines only truly make sense when they are put together with food. From Barolo to Chianti, the history of Italian wine is tied into it's local cuisine.
Roberson have teamed up with chef Paul Hannegan of Cuisson to bring together some of Italy's finest food and wine pairings.
We will be serving 5 wines with exquisite food matches in a turored, friendly enviroment, with one of the higlights being a showing of Sassicaia – arguably Italy's most prestigious wine.
