Merchants Tavern's 'Mas de Daumas Gassac Wine Dinner'

Merchants Tavern - the Shoreditch restaurant from Angela Hartnett and Neil Borthwick - is to host a Kitchen Counter dinner with wine maker Samuel Guibert, from world renowned Languedoc winery Mas de Daumas Gassac.

The dinner will take place at the Merchants Tavern Kitchen Counter where guests will dine overlooking the kitchen. While Samuel talks guests through the history of the vineyard and gives an in-depth tasting of each of the wines, head chef Neil will serve a 4-course menu specially designed to match the wines.

Famous for its terroir and it’s ‘birth of a Grand Cru’ in an area of France that was often looked down upon, Mas de Daumas Gassac has been making wines in the Languedoc region of since 1978. 

Tickets are £85 per person to include all food and wine.
