Roederer Quartet tasting at Prohibition Wines

We’re joined on Saturday by Marinel Fitzsimons, UK brand manager for Louis Roederer for a pouring of some Californian fizz.

Marinel is pouring Roederer Estate Anderson Valley Quartet (£25.95) from Louis Roederer’s outpost in California. This lovely sparkling wine is crisp and elegant with complex pear, spice and hazelnut flavours. It's fresh and lightly fruity with great finesse and depth of flavour.
