Sherryfest Dinner: González Byass & Hidalgo-La Gitana at Hearth Restaurant

Antonio Flores, head winemaker of González Byass, and Javier Hidalgo, proprietor of Hidalgo-La Gitana, will join 28 guests at Hearth, together with Hearth’s wine director Paul Grieco, 2012 James Beard Wine Professional of the year. Chef Marco Canora will present a four-course meal paired with eight different sherries, offering a spectacular opportunity to witness the versatility of sherry at the table. With these two historical bodegas and the wealth of passion and knowledge that Paul possesses, this is a dinner not to be missed!
