We are delighted to announce that our next Wine Dinner will focus on Southwest French wines paired with an exceptional menu from Domaine de Saint Gery.
Three major wine producers from Southwest France will be at the dinner sharing their stories around their wines: Domaine Cosse Maisonneuve, Domaine de Souch & Domaine Causse Marines.
Chef Patrick Duler from Domaine de Saint-Géry will be taking over our kitchen. Patrick created the Saint Gery farm in 1984 with the ambition to turn it into a self sufficient and lively farm, restaurant, hotel and home. Patrick grows everything from corn and buckwheat, olive trees, sunflowers, to the vegetable garden that provides all the ingredients for the daily menu in his restaurant. Patrick has been recognized as one of the best producer of ham, which is aged in his wine cellar, developing extraordinary flavours.
