Our hugely popular "Taste Like A Pro" series returns on 10 August!
Each session focus on the specific elements of "terroir" and wine-making techniques that influence style and quality.
In this tasting, we will focus on the wines from the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG appellation of northern Italy.
The region is home to an exciting collection of unique "terroirs" each incredibly beautiful but also fascinating in the way they influence the resulting wines.
Through a tasting of 8 of the regions best examples, we will have a chance to explore the amazing complexity possible in a Prosecco and understand why its best expression is found in Conegliano Valdobbiadene.
