The London #7WordWineReview Dinner

Friday 31 January 2014

,

If you are looking for a fun filled, unpretentious night drinking some great wines then this is the dinner to be at.

The #7WordWineReview dinners are most notably remembered for how much fun they are. The theme is pretty much the same – we all show up with our own bottle of choice (budget up to £20 so be creative) and we meet for an evening of exploration and laughter.

Approaching our 20th dinner we though we'd like to start the year off with something different. This month, Tirage will be hosting our evening. With help from 7wwr/er,  friend and their Head Sommelier, Roberto Della Pietra (RDP) has helped make this happen. Some of you will know that Tirage is the new, stylish champagne bar in The City and they've been gracious enough to allow us to all bring our own bottles in.

For £30 (paid directly to Tirage) we will be getting free corkage, starters to share, choice of main, coffee and petit fours. Perhaps if we're lucky a bottle of limencello may even be floating around. (for exact menus of the night email in)

The #7WordWineReview was started by Vim of the 12x75 Wine Blog and these dinners happen regularly in Manchester and Birmingham and occasionally in Toronto and Oregon.

Remember, it's a new venue this time so be sure to book. Understandably they need exact numbers. If you won't be able to make it you'll still be able to follow our musings by searching #7wordwinereview or #7wwr on twitter on the night.
