‘Natural’, ‘Organic’, ‘Biodynamic’ may be words that have gotten your attention lately, and this workshop is to help you make sense of it all. These wines are artisanal, true expressions of terroir and are great examples of when the winemakers are “hands-off” and let Nature do the talking. Don't panic, come & learn more able what makes an organic, natural or biodynamic wine!
The "Wine Workshop" series created by Bedales Wines represents a quirky and off-beat approach to wine tasting & education. You do not need to be a novice nor a connoisseur to enjoy these workshops, just an open mind and a thirsty palate! Light nibbles & platters will be shared. Workshop will last approximately 2 hours, based upon guests questions and curiosities.
