The Woodstock vineyard is one of Australia’s oldest; first planted in 1905 by settlers from the Oxfordshire town of the same name. Located in the South Australian winemaking heartland of Mclaren Vale, today the estate is owned by the Collett family.

Award-winning winemaker Scott Collett and the world-renowned Ben Glaetzer craft a sensational range of white, red, sweet and fortified wines from 18 hectares of vineyards which include Shiraz vines that are up to 110 years old. Many people see Australia very much as a “New World” producer, but vineyards such as these are a timely reminder of its long history of winemaking.

General Manager of the estate Simon Spier joins us fresh off the plane from Down Under to explore their fantastic range.
