Please note that we do not collect or process your credit or debit card details. However if you make payments through the Site these details are collected and processed by our payment processing service provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd (“ Stripe”). Stripe may from time to time provide us with information regarding the credits and debits made to your card in order to enable us to reconcile our accounts.

We may collect information about your computer, including, where available, your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and statistical analysis. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

However, the personal data that we collect from you regarding your membership payment and your subscription to marketing emails will be transferred to, processed and stored at destinations outside the EEA, such as the United States.

However, to ensure that your personal data receives an adequate level of protection we have ensured that both MailChimp and Stripe are certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield to ensure that your personal data is treated by those third parties in a way that is consistent with EU and UK laws on data protection.

Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology.

Although we will use our best endeavours to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Site and any transmission is at your own risk. We may ask whether you would like us to send you marketing emails when you sign up to our weekly newsletter, when you sign up to the Site as a paid Member for the first time, or when you contact us via the Site.
