There are at least seven different Godellos currently on sale in Singapore according to Wine-Searcher – including this no-added-sulphur, skin-fermented orange wine. I mention this because before I moved to Singapore in July 2019, I haughtily told people that I wanted to widen the spectrum of wine in Singapore by introducing something exotic like, ooh I don’t know, Godello.
