Team Jancis podcast – ask us anything!

What do you want to know about wine? Let us know and we'll try to answer it in our new podcast!

Over the course of this year we will be reviving our podcast channel, launching several new series to complement Sam’s indispensable Wine News in 5. First up is Ask Me Anything, in which members of our team answer your questions.

We therefore invite you to ask us anything, preferably about wine itself – although our collective expertise extends to food, whisky, cider, restaurants, wine education, wine business, travel, sustainability, Manchester United FC and much more. No topic is taboo, although not all questions will necessarily be answered!

To ask your questions, please add them to this thread on our Members’ Forum. Remember to state if there is a particular member of the team to whom your question should be addressed. Otherwise, we will allocate them accordingly.

Once we’ve gathered enough questions, we will record each episode with one or two members of the team. Podcasts are the ideal medium to have an extended discussion about the topics raised, and our experts will provide the most comprehensive and balanced responses you will find anywhere online.

Perhaps you have a question inspired by a recent article. Perhaps you’ve always wanted to know where we buy wine ourselves. Or are you curious about whether we have a favourite first growth, or if we have any bad wine habits?

Maybe you want to ask bigger questions, like whether it’s possible to make zero-alcohol wine without compromising complexity and quality. How about asking who’s making money in wine, or about bygone trends that we thought might last forever?

As a reminder of our many, varied specialties, see our team page. Submit your questions now!

Remember, too, that our members themselves are founts of knowledge, and you can always ask anything you want on our Members' fourm!
