Pouring with Jim Clendenen of Au Bon Climat

We’re honoured that Jim Clendenen from Au Bon Climat Winery is coming to the shop to pour some of his wines. Jim’s plans to become a lawyer went awry in 1974 when a junior year abroad in Burgundy and Champagne convinced him to give up law and start making wine. Jim started his own winery in 1982 and he and his wines have gone on to gain international recognition, notably for their balanced style (an “homage to Burgundy”). Jim is one of the biggest stars of the winemaking world, makes fabulous wines and he's coming to Muswell Hill. Join Jim from 5pm – there's 10% off his wines if you buy on the night.
