He is formerly of Marcus Wareing @ the Berkeley and St John Hotel SohoThis theme is all about what The Vineking and Salted do best, Taking the classics and adding a twist, whether it's a wine from across the river or down the hill from the classic area!Max our chef has constantly created great modern British dishes, tonight we go more classic but with a twist!Come in for 4 courses matched with our 6 wine flight.Due to the size of the shop, this is a strictly limited event so book early to avoid disappointment.Come along for an 8pm start, this is truly the antidote for pizza and bad wine chain restaurants!!
