Our French cousins love "La Chasse" (the hunt) or as we would call it, the game season, so this is a French- inspired game night. For the French, hunting is not just a sport but has an important role in pest control. For vineyard owners, wild boar have the ability to sniff out ripening grapes and can devastate an unprotected vineyard in a matter of minutes......thankfully they're pretty tasty too!

So, celebrating the deliciousness of Sanglier (Wild Boar) amongst other delights of the hunt, we will be matching these dishes to some classical wines from Bordeaux, Cahors, Burgundy, Rhone and the Languedoc. Due to the size of the shop this is a strictly limited event so book early to avoid disappointment.Unfortunately we do not refund payment if there is less than 7 days’ notice of cancellation, but, in the event that we can resell the places booked there will be a 100% refund. If you are able to give more than 7 days’ notice, you will be entitled to a 50% refund or we will offer to reschedule you to another date if possible. In the event that we can resell the places booked, there will be a 100% refund. However, if you are able to give us more than 14 days’ notice of cancellation we will refund your payment in full.Please note groups of eight or more may not be seated as a single table due to space restrictions.
