Australian dry Rieslings – the tasting notes

 
The following tasting notes on more than 60 Australian Rieslings were made mainly in Australia in August 2006 supplemented by wines tasted the following month in the UK. Most of them are markedly dry and would make delicious aperitifs and accompaniments to a wide range of foods. Their likely lifespans vary considerably in my opinion as you will see by my proposed drinking brackets. UK retail prices and stockists are given where known.
