Pinot Noir can be just the job for a festive meal, especially turkey with sweet accompaniments, so there are a dozen suggestions of various Pinots below, including five not-overpriced red burgundies. Concentrated Margaret River Cabernet aroma – blackcurrants dunked in a salt solution – which is nicer than it sounds. Excellent price for a tug at the coat tails of one of the wine world’s great Cab regions.
