Saperavi

Georgia's native vine producing deep-coloured wines (thanks to the pink flesh of its grapes) with marked acidity and, usually, tannin. Wines respond well to ageing. Saperavi Severny is a hybrid designed to withstand very cold winters by incorporating Mongolian genes.
