There are many similarities between wines and cheeses, both are the result of fermentation and influenced heavily by terroir and climate.  Naturally, wine and cheese are also a much loved marriage and there’s good reason for this too.  After all there are few who don’t enjoy wrapping their palate around both wine & cheese. Join us to find out more about the incredibly expressive wines of Alsace along with some delicious cheeses and discover which style of cheese works best with which style of wine.  If you think all Alsace wines are likely to to pair well with the same cheese you’re in for a surprise.
