The biggest Spanish trade event of the year hits London this month, and we have nabbed world class sherry producers, Pepe and Paco Blanco to host a dinner with their finest still white, Manzanilla, Amontillado and more, along with Chef Xabi's delectable pairing menu. Join us and learn about the world of sherry from the very best. We will be opening: Manzanilla Callejuela 4-5 y/o 2018 La Hacienda de Doña Francisca still white Manzanilla en Rama 9 y/o Amontillado Callejuela 13 y/o El Cerro Oloroso 25 y/o Pedro Ximénez Callejuela 5 y/o Serving: Crudités, pickles + seaweed butter Tartar de Atún, huevo frito, Avruga caviar (tuna tartare, fried egg, sustainable caviar) Conejo al Jeréz (confít then pan-fried rabbit leg with winter veg, sherry stew) Helado de crema Inglesa (custard ice cream) When: Wednesday 26th February 2020, 7:30 for 8pm start.
