Cava de Paratge Masterclass & Tasting

Cava de Paratge (or Paraje in Spanish) is a newly-released "cru" certification for the sparkling wines of DO Cava. A first of its kind for the DO, it's a complex system and makes for a different type of Cava than what people may be used to.

This tasting and masterclass will be led by Miquel Hudin, a wine journalist based in Catalunya and a Certified Cava Educator. He will outline the changes, history, and approach of this new certification which will then be followed by a tasting of the wines from all the producers qualified for the certification.

Please note that the class and tasting are designed for those in the wine trade and meant for attendees who are either working as sommeliers or journalists.
