Join Nick Lander for dinner and drinks at Quo Vadis, London to celebrate the launch of his book, Art of the Restaurateur. The evening starts at 6.30pm with champagne. Dinner will commence at 7pm, starting with a selection of bites and sharing starters, followed by leg of lamb, squash, beetroot, onions, mint, bacon and breadcrumbs. Dessert will be lemon posset and season fruits. After dinner head upstairs with Nick to the Quo Vaid private members club.
