Cocktail Making Masterclass

Enjoy your welcome drink of ‘Framboise Fizz’ whilst your host gives a brief history of cocktail making and classic recipes.Then it's all hands on deck as your mixologist teaches you how to shake, muddle and stir your own versions of four delicious cocktails.

First, you’ll learn how to make two classic cocktail bar staples, a Cosmopolitan and a Mojito, and then you’ll get to see how a bit of creativity can go a long way as you re-create two original Vinopolis cocktails: the Whisky Galore and the Lady Marmalade.Along the way, your mixologist will sample your creations and award the best cocktail-maker with a prize!

Cocktail Masterclasses are held on the first and third Thursdays of every month starting from 7pm.
