This is a fantastic time to taste the wines of Barolo – The 2020 vintage is already harmonious and beautifully balanced with bright fruit expressions and elegance. The region has seen increased focus on expressions of single plots, many estates have found a sweet spot between modern and traditional winemaking approaches and the wines are some of the world’s most complex and age-worthy reds. The tasting is an opportunity to taste many of the wines that will be available to purchase in our 2020 Barolo en primeur offer – launching late March 2024. The Fine Wine team will be on hand to answer questions, having recently visited to taste at many of the estates on show. We look forward to seeing you there.
