French Wine Scholar - Brighton

The French Wine Scholar (FWS) study and certification program from the Wine Scholar Guild is geared for members of the wine trade and avid French wine enthusiasts. It is endorsed by the National French Wine Office and successful candidates are conferred the French Wine Scholar title (FWS) and encouraged to use the FWS post-nominal as part of their professional signatures. They will also receive the French Wine Scholar certificate and lapel pin. Course Dates (All Monday Evenings):

• 17th April - Introduction & Alsace
• 24th April - Champagne
• 1st May - No Class - Bank Holiday
• 8th May - Bourgogne
• 15th May - Beaujolais
• 22nd May - Jura, Savoie, South-West
• 29th May - No Class - Bank Holiday
• 5th June - Loire
• 12th June - Bordeaux
• 19th June - Languedoc, Roussillon, Provence, Corsica
• 26th June - Rhone
• 4th July - 100 multiple choice, 1 hour exam at 7pm. * Please note this session will take place on a Tuesday (all other sessions on Monday evenings).
