Le Cordon Bleu London will host its Summer Festival on Saturday 29th June. The Le Cordon Bleu Summer Festival 2019 will include interactive practical workshops such as the following wine tasting workshops:

11:30am – 12:30pm: What is everybody drinking?

2:00pm – 3:00pm: A drink for every occasion this summer!

4:30pm – 5:30pm: What is in the bottle? Decoding a label

Wine & Beverage Tasting Workshops:Taught by Master Sommelier and Le Cordon Bleu Wine Development Manager Matthieu Longuere, these wine tasting workshops focus on elements taught in our wine school, as part of a short course, the Certificate in Wine & Beverage Studies or the Diploma in Wine, Gastronomy and Management.

The 'What's everybody drinking?' workshop looks at what type of wines suit our differing tastes, as well as the different categories of drinkers. This workshop is perfect for those who want to be able to select the perfect wine as a gift or for a dinner party.

'A drink for every occasion this summer' tasting workshop will inform you on what to drink, when, whether it's for an afternoon in the sun, a business meal, a family reunion or a party.

The last tasting workshop of the festival, 'What's in this bottle? Decoding a label' will help you better understand the information on a wine label and to make an informed decision when looking at a bottle on a supermarket shelf.
