MANCHESTER - Prosecco gets serious - but not TOO serious...

We’ve managed to get hold of a selection of these more complex styles, including some from different Rive – single vineyard – cuvées and an example from the tiny Cartizze vineyard, which represents the top of the Prosecco quality ladder. Of the eight wines we’ll be trying, most are in a drier style than the norm, so prepare to have your eyes opened to a different side of Prosecco. A more serious side? Perhaps – but certainly not TOO serious… We’ll be trying eight different wines, and we only have one bottle of each. This means that places are limited to just 14 people.
